San Pablo City- According to the letter given by Mr. Virgilio Y. Prudente, President of MSC Institute of Technology, Inc., to City Admin. Loreto Amante, four (4) high school and five (5) technical-vocational students benefitted from the 10% Tuition Fee Discount from the LGU-MSC Educational Scholarship Program last SY 2010-2011.

They are also proud to report to the city admin. that 93% of their  technical-vocational graduates have already obtained TESDA National Certification. This is for passing the competency requirements for "productivity, quality and global competitiveness."

According to Mrs. Lerma Prudente, co-owner of MSC, that this is the first time in Laguna that a big group of students from a single school gave a good passing percentage in Computer Programming National Certificate Level IV.   The passing percentages of other schools this year range from 0 to 2.5% only.

Majority of these students passed and earned the  Bookkeeping National Certificate Level III, Computer Hardware Servicing National Certificate Level II, Certificate of Competency in Procedural Programming and Certificate of Competency for Object-oriented Programming thus a good passing percentage in National Certificate Level IV.

While among the  52 graduating high school students,  4 passed the UP College Admission Test and 4 others are wait-listed; and 18 students were granted full scholarship with/without allowance and  partial scholarship at First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH).
